At times life can be quite turbulent! Sometimes we get caught up in situations that are so challenging that it can be helpful to look for help.

Should you decide to take this step, I will support you on your journey to a more balanced emotional state. We will focus on (re-) activating your resources, getting to know and to communicate your needs, and to find helpful ways of managing difficult feelings.

On this journey, it is important to me to use empirically-validated therapy methods and to support you to stay mentally well in the long-term.
